Duties: | Responsible for general office administration Provide secretarial and administrative duties to the Director Receiving visitors Responsible for the managing of the telephone, typing, facing and photocopying Arrange meetings, workshops, conferences and events Diary management Typing, editing and proof reading documents Minute taking and distribution thereof Creation and maintenance of a filing system Coordination of inputs/reports and responding to requests Provide a general logistic service within the office of the Director |
