Zoe Saldana fronts Stuart Weitzman summer campaign
Zoe Saldana has replaced Kate Moss as the face of Stuart Weitzman.
The new summer campaign for the American shoe brand has been unveiled and shows the ‘Avatar’ actress following in the British supermodel’s footsteps.
The black-and-white, Nino Muñoz shot video is soundtracked by Jamiroquai’s uplifting track ‘Feel So Good’ and sees Zoe writhing around in white sheets as she gets ready for a pool party.
The star then flits around in a pair of sexy black stilettos, partying with shirtless male models and playing with a puppy, before diving into the water without even removing her shoes.
Kate previously fronted print, television and billboard advertising for Stuart Weitzman in 2013, in turn replacing Natalia Vodianova as the face of the brand following the Russian model’s two season stint.
The British beauty’s popular appointment memorably involved a video of her strutting down the street in thigh-high boots to the soundtrack of Nancy Sinatra’s ‘These Boots Are Made for Walkin’.
Kate said at the time: “I had a great time shooting the Stuart Weitzman campaign and I’m so happy to be face of the brand this season. Working with Mario Testino is always fun and it was wonderful meeting Stuart on set.”
