Looking for a Support Agent for a position based in Bryanston. Candidate must have their own transport and a valid drivers license to be considered for this position as travelling is required. Candidate must have worked within the Hospitality industry. Position does require shift work

Code 08 + own transport

Experience on the MICROS System

Job Specification

Logging of calls

Troubleshooting with customers telephonically

Dealing with queries

Escalating faults where required

Travelling to client site should the need require
