The Big Debate SA Back With a Bang. Feel it, it’s here! The Big Debate has just announced their return to TV. The show is a television debate series with a focus on pertinent contemporary political topics to South Africa. It is conducted in a “town hall debate” style with the host, interviewing key guests, asking questions, and moderating the subsequent debate
The new season will bring a brand new look and format that will allow viewers to join the debate from wherever they are. A date has not been released yet, but they it has been stated that The Big Debate will be back on screen soon.
Award winning news anchor, broadcaster, author and moderator, Redi Tlhabi also took to Twitter to share the great news. Redi, who joined the team as season 10 host, said they build a Covid-19 compliant studio for this upcoming season. She also stated that they have spent weeks in editorial workshops with activist, writers, academics, and a whole lot of experts. Looks like we should brace ourselves for a very good season.
The Big Debate South Africa broadcasts LIVE every Sunday at 7pm on SABC 2, SABC News Dstv channel 404, YouTube and Facebook Live, and is replayed every Wednesday at 10pm on SABC 2.
