A well established Property Broking Firm based in Sandton seeks a Frontline Receptionist and Administrator.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Good telephone etiquette
- An excellent command of the English language
- Computer literate MS Office
Job Specification: Primary Duties:
- Answering the switchboard
- Typing
- Administrative assistance to brokers and admin staff where needed
- Assist with general queries
- Banking
- Distribute faxes and typing to the brokers
- E-mailing messages using MS Outlook to staff
- Faxing, Filling and making copies
- Prepare boardroom for meetings
- Posting
- Progressing data
- Telephone canvassing and follow-ups
- Welcome clients and visitors
- Limited work out of the office
