Vacancy: Outbound Call Centre Consult
Key Purpose | The Up sell Consultant will be responsible for conducting inbound and outbound telephonic calls in order to add value to existing Discovery Insure policies |
Key Outputs | – Conduct outbound telephonic calls to existing Discovery Insure members in order to add value to their current policies. – Ensure that monthly Up Sell targets are met. – Proactively determine the client’s needs and have the ability to sell product to members. – Proactively evaluate interactions with clients providing dazzling service at all times to internal and external clients. – Ensuring that customers concerns are addressed and resolved by the relevant areas. – Keep accurate statistics on all calls, contacts and clients spoken to and the report findings to management. – Ensure that all administrative changes are done timeously, followed through on and monitored |

Qualifications & Experience | -Matric – RE5 -Min of 32 short term FAIS creditsExperience: (Essential) – Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales position and/or Outbound Telesales environment Please note that the successful candidate must be able to start 1 June 2014. Advantageous |
