Vacancy: Call Centre Agent

A national provider of financial services requires the services of a Call Center Agent.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Sales
• Customer Care
• Trouble Shooting
• Office Administration and Support

Skills and Experience:

• Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
• At least 1 year call center experience
• Computer literate
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Telephone etiquette

Salary Range R7,000 – R8,500 per month.
