Position Overview
Adidas President Hyper is seeking a Permanent Part-Timer to support store operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting management with daily store maintenance, ensuring merchandise flow, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service in line with Adidas standards
• Process sales transactions including cash, credit, and checks as needed
• Assist with product ticketing, checking paperwork against items received
• Support stockroom-to-sales-floor product flow and merchandising displays
• Develop proficiency with the point-of-sale system and maintain procedural integrity
• Apply selling techniques such as add-on sales and providing technical product information
• Greet customers, assist with product selection, and occasionally serve as a store greeter during busy periods
• Maintain housekeeping standards and safeguard company assets

Required Skills and Experience

• Passion for retail and customer service
• Initiative and ability to work independently
• Clear, positive communication skills
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Previous fashion retail experience is an advantage but not essential

Qualifications

• Matric certificate
• 0–1 year of retail experience
