Enhle Mbali Starts A Movement To Create Awareness On The Slavery In Libya. Using her social status, actress Enhle Mbali has taken it upon herself to sensitize the world on the slavery of the Libyans.
“Libya has been on my mind and as a black person my history is riddled with pain , yet our kingdoms were left rich with greatness. With that said, I would like to create some form of change with my platform, ” she said. Through the Stop Slavery Challenge hashtag Mbali urges the public to tag as many influential people you know to change the course of this behavior.
She started by challenging her colleagues, “I challenge the broken vows cast and crew TAG THE UN.” Thus far a lot of people have responded and keep on updating their pictures with the hashtag on a daily basis. Well done Enhle.
