Vacancy: Telesales Consultant

This position is also called a QA Representative, whereby the successful candidate will need to grow the current membership by contacting prospective clients and sell their hospitality and travel assurance products and services

The job objective of this large Motor / Insurance / Travel & Tourism Company, will be to achieve and exceed sales targets; establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules
Will need to contact and follow up on leads provided to obtain new customers
To persuade potential establishments to secure the company’s quality assurance
To carry out research to identify new opportunities
To present products or services and prices
To provide historical records by maintaining records of contacts and sales
To complete performance reports for management regarding activity
To resolve negative feedback from establishments by investigating problems
To establish excellent interpersonal relationships with the assessors

Must have basic knowledge of the hospitality industry and the travel industry
Must be computer literate in MS Office
Must have a matric and a relevant hospitality / travel and tourism certificate / diploma
Must have good telesales exp in a call center environment
Last but not least, must be able to speak fluent English AND Afrikaans!
