Overview | The Jenus Health Sales Consultant contributes to the organisational goals by utilising expertise and processes to ensure that source data from marketing is converted to sales that will contribute to growth of the Company and impact the profitability of the business. |
Duties & Responsibilities | Accountable for leads that are derived from marketing to ensure effective conversion of leads to sales to contribute to the profitability of the Company
Accountable for sales targets to ensure growth to business and profitability to Company Ensure effectiveness sales in line with Company growth strategy Ensure client receives appropriate plan for their needs to ensure acceptance of policy that will contribute to growth of business Accountable for mitigating client and Company risk by capturing accurate information to ensure application is completed in line with the Council for Medical Schemes and Financial Services Board (FSB) Responsible for a achieving quality targets, as set out by Company, by following correct procedures to ensure mitigation of risk for both client and Company Responsible for ensuring customer service cycle is completed by managing administration of all policies sold Ensure that client base data is continually updated to align with regulatory bodies Ownership of reviewing client’s existing plans versus their needs to ensure retention of clients |
Minimum Job Requirements | Grade 12 (Standard 10) with University Entrance (NQF4)
Regulatory Exam Level 5 60 long term insurance Financial Advisory Intermediary Services (FAIS) Essential: At least 1 year within a sales environment, preferably with the tenure being served in one Company Experience within the Financial Services Industry Medical Aid Industry Excellent customers services skills Competent in Microsoft Word package Interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships Excellent communcation and written skills Ability to sell convincingly Excellent listening skills Medical Schemes Act |
