Vacancy: Office Support Assistant

We are currently seeking a full Time Office Assistant for our office who will be able to start as soon as possible.
General Duties will include: answering and keeping log of incoming/outgoing calls, preparing and maintaining client and staff files, updating all office records, managing the office filing system, along with many other day to day activities.
The right candidate for this position must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, an excellent telephone manner, and the ability to work well under pressure. They should have strong attention to detail, the ability to be flexible and a professional approach. .
The right candidate will have the opportunity to develop their management skills and will be rewarded with an interesting mix of tasks.
Requirements:
-Gr: 10-12
-No experience NEEDED full training will be provided.
-Good communications skills, and willing to learn
