Vacancy: Delivery Clerk
| Key Purpose | To manage and control driver shift operations to ultimately ensure effective delivery of customer bulk orders. |

| Specific Outcomes | Maintains driver adherence to shift start times
Ensures drivers maintain trucks in accordance with laid down procedures and SI’s Ensures drivers follow safe working procedures Shipments concluded after each trip Paper trails in place for all loading and delivery procedures System / business process changes implemented Develop and maintain sound business relationships managed key interfaces HSE compliance in line with PETRONAS policies and procedures HSE management and legislative framework |
| Education & Experience | Matric or equivalent Relevant working experience |
| Knowledge, Skills & Attributes | Knowledge:
Detailed knowledge of dispatch requirements Detailed knowledge of relevant SAP R3 modules (MM,SD.TD) Understanding of Engen/Host EDI bulk fuels process including relationship with other oil company Good knowledge of stock control principles and practises Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practises Good knowledge of the fuels distribution process Understanding of depot operations Above average computer literacy Analytical Strong administrative skills Problem solving Communicating skills, verbal and written Interpersonal skills Numeracy skills Ability to work independently Ability to meet deadlines Proactive Team player Attention to detail Self starter Task structuring Customer focus Flexibility Time perspective Initiative |
