Scheduling Agent Opportunity at Fidelity Services Group Krugersdorp

Fidelity Services Group, through its SecureDrive division, is seeking a permanent Scheduling Agent to join its Krugersdorp, Gauteng office. This role focuses on coordinating customer installations, managing fitment schedules, and ensuring high-quality customer service across multiple departments. The position is open to EE candidates and offers an opportunity to develop skills in scheduling, customer relations, and telematics support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive service to customers via phone, email, letter, or face-to-face.
  • Assist customers with Fidelity SecureDrive products and services, including setup and training.
  • Investigate and resolve fitment and scheduling issues, collaborating with technical teams in South Africa, India, and Jamaica.
  • Produce written communications and documentation related to customer fitments.
  • Schedule and reschedule installations, repairs, and de-installations within required timeframes and SLAs.
  • Follow up with technicians to ensure scheduled jobs are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fidelity SecureDrive products, services, and processes.
  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls and emails professionally.
  • Address customer disputes or issues promptly and effectively.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric / Grade 12; relevant qualification or degree advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in telematics is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of customer service management processes.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and its impact on scheduling.
