Vacancy: Customer Service Administrator

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 Years administrative background preferably in Quality Department
  • Experience of management of customer complaints will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of computer MS suite and SAP will be advantageous
  • Experience in the Wine Industry will be advantageous

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Well organized
  • Customer orientated
  • Proficient in spoken English and Afrikaans
  • Sound writing skills in English and Afrikaans
  • Self – starter who can work in team and independently
  • Assertive
  • Must be able to communicate with all levels of staff within the company including external customers

 JOB SUMMARY:

  • Management of customer complaints
  • Administration of Document Control on SAP
  • General administration for Quality Management Department
