Position Purpose:
Understanding of Transnet Change, Culture and EAP processes
Knowledge of the TCP Recruitment process
Administration process within the HR department
Position outputs:
Ultimately the graduate will be able to:
Understand the EAP process including Change and Management
Function as an administrator in specific facets of HR i.e. EAP, Change and Management
Acquire knowledge and understanding of TCP HR processes
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3 year degree in Human Resources or similar
Recent graduate or 0 to 1 year work experience
Competencies:
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Strong problem solving skills
Communication skills
Computer literacy
Fast learner
