Key Responsibilities
The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Trainee:
Gain a thorough understanding of the organisation and how it operates
Become equipped to assume a role within the company, dependant on individual Performance, in accordance with his/her specific skill set
Become adept at participating in various projects for the advancement of the company
Become adept at participating in various projects for the advancement of the company
Become fully integrated into the team, adopting the company culture and associated behaviour
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Relevant degree/diploma from a recognised institution ie. BComm, BAdmin, BTech, etc.
Involvement in extra-mural activities such as sport, cultural and leadership activities, membership of societies
Interest in a career in the financial industry
Ability to communicate fluently (verbal and written) in both English and Afrikaans
