REQUIREMENTS:
– Grade 12 certificate.
– Computer literacy.
– Communication, writing, interpersonal skills.
– Numeracy and administrative procedures.
– Responsive and proactive, flexibility, initiative and team player.
– Data capturing skills will be an added advantage.

DUTIES:
– Daily capturing of accurate clinic data according to the recommended indicators and available data capturing system. – Check captured data for consistency and accuracy. Follow up on incomplete information, verify and correct data accuracy.
– Data export to relevant office within the set date.
– Develop monthly templates for the submission of reports.
– Ensure high level of adherence through support and patients tracking activities.
– Work as part of a team in the implementation of the HIV/AIDS/STI/TB policy and effective Comprehensive Care Management and Treatment (CCMT) at facility level.
– Monitor patients appointment and follow up alerting the service providers about missed appointments. Work with NGO to identify treatment defaulters.
– Liaise with other administration officers in the facility.
– Provide effective and efficient service to clients and their relatives.
– Adhere to Batho Pele Principles.
