Key Responsibilities

As a Permanent Part Timer at adidas Sable Square, your daily responsibilities include a mix of customer service, sales support and operational tasks.

Customer Service Duties

• Greet customers as they enter the store
• Assist customers in finding the right products
• Provide product knowledge and styling advice
• Occasionally serve as a front door greeter during busy periods

Sales and Transaction Support

• Process transactions involving cash, credit and other payment methods
• Ensure accuracy when using the point of sale system

Stock and Merchandising Support

Store Maintenance and Security

• Maintain general housekeeping standards

You are also expected to complete in store and digital training through platforms such as Atticus and AREA. In addition, you will familiarise yourself with Power BI tools to better understand store performance, best selling products and slow moving items.
