Faircape Group, which manages six luxury retirement and lifestyle villages across the Western Cape, is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Sculler for its Bridgewater Manor facility in Somerset West. This permanent, entry-level position focuses on maintaining a clean, hygienic, and well-organized kitchen environment. Preference will be given to candidates residing near Somerset West.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, including work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Clean fridges, windows, and walls regularly.
• Remove waste and place it in designated pickup areas.
• Adhere strictly to health and hygiene standards.

Experience and Qualifications

• At least six months of cleaning experience, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
• Relevant culinary qualifications are advantageous.

Working Hours

• 16.25 shifts per month according to the roster.
• Shifts run from 07:00 to 19:00, Monday to Sunday, with flexibility for standby duties.
