Media personality Lerato Kganyago has blocked Times Live publication on Twitter due to information that she believes was taken out of context. This comes after Lerato jokingly shared with her followers on Instagram that she had just paid a heavy deposit on new furniture.
On an article titled, ‘Lerato’s money ‘problems’: I hate spending 10k on shoes or bags,’ the publication wrote about how Lerato is having issues parting with her money. Responding to the tweet, Lerato said, “You guys need to stop taking everything I say out of context, it’s like you guys are just out pull out all the negatives! It’s annoying. I’m tired of you blogs taking everything I say out of context… it’s like you out to get me! It’s sickening. I can’t even joke.”
Lerato decided to block the publication because according to here, they never write positive stuff about her. “They will never write about my Sanitary towel campaign. I’ve been doing it from the days of Soweto TV including a blanket drive.. all on my own!!! They don’t say anything ” she tweeted.
