Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Graduate Learner to support the Marketing & Communication function within the Advice & Investments business. This role is designed for a recent graduate with a strong interest in financial services, investments, and helping customers navigate their financial decisions through clear, impactful communication.
The successful candidate will gain practical experience in developing, coordinating, and implementing communication activities that support business priorities, advisor engagement, and customer understanding.
This is a junior role suited to someone who shows initiative, is eager to learn, and is comfortable taking ownership of tasks in a professional environment.
Job Description
- Communication Support
- Assist in preparing communication plans that support Advice & Investments initiatives.
- Support internal communication to advisors and frontline teams through clear, concise messaging.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement, gathering inputs, and coordinating approvals.
- Marketing Support
- Support the rollout of marketing initiatives within the Advice & Investments portfolio.
- Assist with content development (copywriting, research) for marketing materials and campaigns.
- Help maintain campaign and content calendars and support coordination across teams.
- Administrative & Project Support
- Track communication requests, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist with preparing reports, status updates, and meeting notes.
- Support procurement processes and vendor management documentation.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong written communication.
- Genuine interest in financial services, wealth, and investment topics.
- Shows initiative, takes ownership of tasks, and is willing to learn.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media and digital communication principles (no design responsibilities required).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in:
- Marketing
- Communication/Corporate Communication
- Media Studies
- Public Relations
- Journalism
- Or a related discipline
- Must be unemployed
This opportunity is a 12 month FTC learnership agreement.
