Internal Audit Internship: Internal Audit Section
If you have recently graduated with a degree in internal auditing and you are looking for valuable workplace experience, then this internship is for you. A junior level position is available in the Mining (Earth) industry.
Requirements
Unemployed graduates with a recognized Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Internal Audit.
Applicants must be South African citizens.
Applicants who have already participated in any Internship Programme will not be considered and if it is found that this was the case after appointment, the contract will be terminated with immediate effect.
Applicants must be self-driven and must be computer literate.
The applicant must be able to work under pressure and should have good interpersonal and communications skills (both verbal and writing).
The applicant must also be organized, motivated and driven.
Duties
The successful candidate will be trained on the application of internal audit methodology,performing internal audit administrative and logistic duties.
Maintaining and safeguarding of records
Audit secretariat duties
Writing and verbal communication skills
Support team members in execution of audit activities
Support team members in writing and presentation of audit reports
Keep financial records of all internal audit’s activities, minute taking and dealing with procurement issues perform other administrative duties.
