Thuto Gaasenwe Expresses Immense Gratitude As She Bids Farewell to The Four of Us (Ntsiki). Her character as Ntsiki showed viewers at home just how much one can go to get their love back. Ntsiki consulted a Sangoma, and was even ready to wipe out an entire family after realizing that her ex Banzi was now interested in someone else.
Ntsiki was introduced in The Four of Us as Banzi’s ex-girlfriend. She eventually became a central source of chaos, drama, and intense psychological conflict for the Dhlomo family. Ntsiki’s arc recently escalated into a dark, dangerous obsession involving kidnapping and tampering with medical/IV drips. Her main target was her friend Lethabo and Banzi, who were having an affair. By virtue of association the Dhlomos got caught up in the whole drama, and Ntsiki almost killed them.
The role is played by talented actress, writer and theatre practitioner, Thuto Lesedi Gaasenwe. The Mahikeng-born star’s passion for performing started when she was just 11 years old. She worked on growing her craft,and went on to graduate from AFDA in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Live Performance. Thuto has also been on other productions, showcasing her versatility as an actress. Playing Ntsiki, however, remains one of her iconic roles. As she bids farewell to the e.tv telenovela, Thuto thanked Tshedza Films as well as the channel for the opportunity.
