Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality jointly with National Treasury hereby invites
qualified graduates (BSc Civil Engineering and/or National Diploma in Civil
Engineering and Project Management) for a training opportunity.
The objective of this programme is to make provision for existence of a pool of qualified
Professional Civil Engineers and Civil Engineering Technologists or Technicians that
meet requirements to register with professional body ECSA within a minimum period of
three years and possibly appoint them into the institution upon completion of the
programme.

Requirements
- ¹ A post graduate degree in Project and Construction Management will be considered
- Valid code B/EB driver’s licence
- Must be Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality or Eastern Cape Province resident
- Must be computer Literate
- Must be unemployed
