Florence Masebe Remembers Her Late Brother on What Would Have Been His 58th Birthday. The death of a sibling is always hard to deal with. These are individual that we grew with, and they have made a great part of our childhood as well as adult life.
One person who knows this very well is Florence Masebe. The award winning veteran actress lost her brother Thabo Masebe on the 18th of April 2022. At the time of his death, Thabo was working as the acting Director General Gauteng Office of the Premier. His death broke Florence, who took to Twitter to express what he meant for her.

Today, Thabo would have been 58 years,a milestone that brought back Florence every kind of emotion. She is sad because this birthday serves as a painful reminder that her brother is not here. On the other hand Florence celebrates the fact that the family had amazing years with Thabo while he was still alive.
“My lifelong hero, mentor, defender, teacher, protector and so much more… we don’t say happy birthday any more… we can’t… another big first in processing your painful absence. 58 would have looked good on you, Tman. Blessed to have been given the years we had with you,” Florence said.
