A Matric Pupil Has Been Arrested For Possession Of Drugs

A 21 year old pupil from Stanger Secondary School was arrested for alleged possession of 10 straws of whoonga and dagga, IOL News reported.

The pupil was approached and search by the police officer around 8:30am while he was making his way to school to write his exams, and now he’ll remain in police custody until his court appearance.
The pupil was allowed to write his exam paper was monitored by police officers as they waited for him to finish the paper.
“The suspect was then arrested and will appear in the KwaDukuza Magistrate’s Court [on Wednesday],” said Police spokesman Vincent Mdunge.
The principal of Stanger Secondary’s was unwilling to comment on the incident.
