Metropolitan: Customer Services Agents Opportunity

Metropolitan Health is looking for 6 Customer Services Agents in Cape Town. These vacancies are available in the Customer Services Department for the GEMS Business Unit. This exciting opportunity awaits a go getter who is a self-motivated individuals. You will be responsible for dealing with member queries and ensuring service delivery in line with the Business Unit SLA.
The Incumbent will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the resolution of client queries and aim to achieve first call resolution
- Maintaining the goodwill of the company by upholding the SLA standards
- Investigating queries where necessary and provide timeous feedback to the member
- Interpreting the query and determine appropriate path of resolution
- Escalating queries where necessary to ensure member satisfaction
- Accurate logging of information for statistical reporting purposes
The applicant should meet these requirements:
- Matric or Grade 12 equivalent
- MS Office proficiency
- 2-3 years’ experience in a call centre or client service environment is essential
- Medical aid administrative experience (would be an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Preferred languages: isiZulu,ePedi, seTswana, IsSwati and isiNdebele
- You will be required to work a 6 day week, i.e. Monday to Fridays from 08H00 to 17H00 and on Saturdays from 8H00 to 12H00. Saturday work will be based on operational requirements.
