Vacancy: Admin Assistant

Purpose of the role | Provision of general recruitment administrative and office support to the HR Consultants based at Stellenbosch Campus. |
Qualifications | National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
Ideally a certificate in Office Administration |
Experience | 2 to 3 years proven administration support experience in a related environment |
Knowledge and skills | HR practises and procedures
Office systems and procedures Advanced computer literacy (MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Internet / E-mail / Outlook) Communication skills (verbal and written) in English Client services orientation Interpersonal skills |
