Former Generations Actors Come After Mfundi Vundla
Former Generations Actors Come After Mfundi Vundla. Generations creator Mfundi Vundla called Generations 16 saga stupid during an interview on 702. This did not sit well with the South African acting fraternity at large. Some actors who used to be part of Generations cast took to Twitter to air their disappointments.
So AFTER Mfundi fires me, I do Z’bondiwe, Igazi, Isidingo. Currently busy with Ring of lies and Broken Vows. And that’s acting only. He mustn’t get me started on the music. So what does he mean where are they now??? https://t.co/oX61TfG1a7

The biggest mistake we've made as artists, is this continued silence from our own.
Artists in this country historically, have recoiled into their shells in the face of such challenges. We weren't the 1st, ie:the likes of Tony Kgoroge vs Mnet, and certainly won't be the last.

This is what happens when people don’t have strong representation and/or a union. If the success of our shows were based on popularity, his would have been canned ages ago. There’s a lot I can say about this man, but I’ll reserve my comment as it’s guaranteed to be misconstrued.

Senility is exhausting.. Mfundi is bitter because he had a gold mine & the gold left, leaving him where he belongs, in a dirty hole. We ought to oppose such ignorant, arrogant, entitled assholes & the systems that protect & encourage their shit! Where are we now? What an idiot!

Other actors chipped in
That the SA acting fraternity is notorious for lack of solidarity, I agree with. But in this situation as actors on other soapies, we were actually disappointed at the missed opportunity to join hands for a common cause & valid grievances. Let's be clear on that. https://t.co/A9YHVpVxIZ

So just keep doing your thing blood. And you and the rest of the 16 are doing extremely well and we are proud of all of you. #keeprisingblackchild https://t.co/b5oKl0Vc4d

This just confirms to me that these production companies and exec producers hate us and will never stop trying to exploit us https://t.co/CAMVr38eSK

Some things, Anga, are better off left alone. The way your career blossomed after Geneations speaks for itself!
The man's aging.
