Mbali Mlotshwa Set To Leave South Africa To Study In LA

Mbali Mlotshwa wants to take her talents even further and she’s decided to go to Hollywood to make that happen.
Enhle Mbali confirmed this week that she will head for Los Angeles, USA in May for further mentorship as she aims to grow her production company further. It sounds like she will be spending a few months in the City of Angels and she admits that she is looking forward to learning more about what goes into their productions.

She said that the trip will be to study “their outlook on production and performance” as she develops her production company further.

“I have directed a couple of music videos for my husband with my production company. And I want a really, really big movie. That’s why I’m leaving for LA in May. I want to study their outlook on production and performance,” she says.

“Performance is my first love. That’s why I have kept at it since I was 16, which is when I started. Every six months and every year, I’m playing different characters. It is such an escape from reality. I think the arts are just therapeutic. This is my canvass and I paint it whichever way I want.”
