PICS: Miss SA Liesl Laurie In China For The 2015 Miss World Competition
Miss World 2015 has officially begun! This past weekend saw South Africans bid farewell to reigning Miss South Africa Liesl Laurie as she leaves to compete in the Miss World competition in China. The 24-year-old born beauty will be representing South Africa against 120 other contestants in the competition which is watched worldwide by more than one-billion people. The 65th edition of the Miss World will take place on 19th December 2015 at the Crown of Beauty Theater,in Sanya,China. Rolene Strauss of South Africa will crown her successor at the conclusion of the event.
Over the course of a month, the contestants will be staying at the luxurious Beauty Crown Grand Hotel, Sanya’s newest and most opulent hotel development, which will serve as their home away from home as they compete in a series of grueling physical fitness, modeling, and fashion exercises, alongside enjoying once-in-a-lifetime cultural and charitable activities, all while they bid for the title and make lifelong friendships!
