Bad odor is an uncomfortable problem that can affect a persons self esteem and confidence in a huge way. At some point or another, everyone gets worried about their body odor. It is normal I mean who hasn’t done the (hopefully) subtle armpit check? Ever wondered is your armpits are smelling? It happens. 6. Watch what you eat.

It is true that you are what you eat. As much as it is your business but you stand a higher chance of increasing your body odor and this could turn really bad. Avoid spicy food, with curry or garlic, because they can make your sweat smell. Evidence also suggests that eating a lot of red meat tends to make body odour worse.
