Internship Programme at Alfred Nzo District Municipality
The Alfred Nzo District Municipality is inviting unemployed graduates between ages of 18 and 35 residing within its jurisdiction to apply for the municipality’s one (1) year internship programme. Successful candidates may be placed at any of the offices of the district municipality either in Mount Ayliff, Mount Frere, Ntabankulu, Bizana or Matatiele.
Application Requirements
Unemployed graduates,
Between ages of 18 and 35
Residing within its jurisdiction to apply for the municipality’s one (1) year internship programme.
Submit brief CV
Certified copies of tertiary qualifications and identity document
Proof of residence and application letter.
Key Performance Areas
Use of the workplace as an active learning environment for new entrants into the labor market; affording new entrants into the labor market essential work experience.
The district municipality intends to provide internship in the study fields listed hereunder:
Minimum Qualifications Required:
1. Office of the Municipal Manager
ND: Public Management 1 2.
2. Corporate Services
ND: Information Technology/ System 2 3
3. Infrastructure development & Municipal Services
ND: Civil Engineering 5
Successful candidates may be placed at any of the offices of the district municipality mentioned above.
Acceptance into the programme does not guarantee permanent appointment of the learner into the structure of the municipality nor being registered in their database guarantees acceptance into the programme.
