  • Morning Peak – 79%
  • Evening Peak – 73%
  • Highways – 20%
  • Non- Highways – 38%
  • Total Vehicle Miles – 2 353 758

 

2.  East Rand North
  • Congestion – 28%
  • Morning Peak – 65%
  • Evening Peak – 79%
  • Highways – 18%
  • Non- Highways – 39%
  • Total Vehicle Miles – 1 174 312

 

3.  Cape Town
  • Congestion – 27%
  • Morning Peak – 92%
  • Evening Peak – 61%
  • Highways – 24%
