She always accuses me of cheating.

I have been married now for 2 years. I am 31 and she is 26. I have 3 sons outside the relationship and since we married she has had 2 miscarriage. We both love each other, but the biggest problem is that she is failing us. Just to give u a bit of background. we met at a time where she had given up on life, she was drinking and spending time galavanting, I gave her a new lease of life, even took her back to school to complete a diploma course. The problem is that she will not accept my kids, something which I have compromised since I love her, we hardly talk or even engage about my children. The relationship in now at a stage where we do not even kiss. I have asked her if there was something with my mouth an she said no. Our sex life has become so boring and I am trying my best to get things right or get her to speak up.

During the 2 years of our marriage, she was unfortunate to have 2 miscarriage and when we chat about how I feel our sex life is doing, she keeps saying she feels worthless. I have tried my to show her that she is still the best in every way but she through that back to my face.

She always accuses me of cheating, with both man and woman. What can I really do to show her that I love her, to make her accept my kids, to make her accept my family and be the woman I saw after her new lease of life.
